Shipping Info
Below are answers to some commonly asked questions. Our full Terms of Supply, which apply when you place an order from us, are at dreamcatalogue.store/pages/terms-of-supply

STOCK STATUS
All items are in stock and ready to ship unless indicated otherwise on the product page.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are items still in production which will be shipped at a later date. If your item is a pre-order, this is indicated on the page you ordered from and in your order confirmation email. We will regularly update the item page with an estimated shipping date. We will make every effort to provide the most accurate date possible, but manufacturing times can vary – please bear this in mind when you place your pre-order.

In case of any unexpected delays to your pre-order, we will email you. Please add shipping@dreamcatalogue.net to your contacts or trusted senders list to ensure you receive our emails.

Orders containing a combination of pre-orders and in-stock items will ship when the final item is ready. If you would prefer to split your order, let us know. There may be a small additional shipping cost depending on your location and the size of your order.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. Please contact us to do so.

LOCATIONS
All orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered worldwide.

PROCESSING TIME
Once your items are in stock, your order is usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. This may increase to around 5 working days during busy seasonal periods such as the first and last week of December.

You'll always receive an email notification the moment your item has been sent.

DELIVERY TIME
Below are approximate delivery times after your order is dispatched.

United Kingdom: 1-3 days
Europe: 5-8 days
Rest of World: 10-21 days

The delivery times above are current averages, given for guidance only. They may vary depending on your exact location and external factors. If you think your order should have arrived by now, please contact us.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TRACKING
When ordering from Bandcamp, your package will usually be sent via standard mail. It is handled by Royal Mail within the UK, then passed to your local postal service if you are outside the UK.

Tracking is not always available for packages sent via standard mail. If there is a tracking number for your package, this will be included in your shipping notification email.

If ordering from dreamcatalogue.store, you can choose to have your items shipped by either standard mail or courier. Courier delivery is usually more expensive, but faster and always includes tracking. We particularly recommend this option if you are located in Latin America, Russia or China.

SHIPPING COSTS
To see shipping costs, go to your cart and enter your location. You can get significantly lower shipping costs by ordering all your items together. Please make sure you’ve added all your desired items to the basket before you check out. You may be able to get cheaper shipping rates at dreamcatalogue.store.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
All customs & import fees are responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you enter your correct email address and phone number so that you receive customs communications. If you have specific customs questions, please contact us.
Return Policy
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change your address, add/remove items, combine orders or make any other amendments to your order, please contact us.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you can cancel it up to 14 days after its arrival, provided you return the items to us in their original, saleable condition. In either case, please contact us.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
We are happy to refund or replace any items you are not satisfied with. If you receive a damaged / defective item or there is another problem with your order, please contact us.

If a limited edition item is no longer replaceable, we’ll send as close a replacement as we can or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Instant digital downloads are not refundable. If you need help with a digital download, whether on Bandcamp or the Dream Catalogue Store, please contact us.
